The next step after obtaining the building permit is the elaboration of the technical projects and the execution details.

The technical documentation, based on which the works on site are executed, is composed of projects elaborated by authorized designers in the following design specialties: architecture, structural resistance, mechanical installations, electrical installations, plumbing installations, roads.

All technical projects must comply with the requirements of the town planning certificate, permits, studies, technical expertise and building permit.

Simultaneously with the technical project, the execution details are elaborated.

The execution details are necessary for the execution of the construction works and are elaborated on the basis of the technical project.

Through the execution details are presented the solutions of composition, assembly, execution and other such operations, regarding parts / elements of construction or related installations.

The details indicate dimensions, materials, execution technologies, as well as the connections between the structural / non-structural constructive elements of the building.

Depending on the complexity of the project and in the case of investment objectives whose operation involves specific technological processes, certain execution details can be elaborated / finalized during the execution of the building.

Like the rest of the documentation, the As built documentation is attached to the construction technical book.

The As built documentation is very useful as a working support for future interventions on a construction.
