ELABORATION OF FEASIBILITY STUDIES
The feasibility study is the next step after the completion of the architectural concept.
This stage of the project is extremely important, as it establishes the estimated value of the investment.
The feasibility study analyzes the investment potential from the point of view of the rational and efficient use of financial, human and material resources and determines the way in which the technical and economic requirements imposed by the activity sector of the investment project or business are satisfied.
The feasibility study highlights the following:
- Functional and technological description, including technical reports on specialties (technology, architecture, resistance structure, thermal and sanitary installations, electrical installations, vertical systematization);
- Technical solutions, with recommendations regarding the production technology and the operating conditions of each object;
- Analysis of utility insurance (water, electricity, fuel, heat, etc.);
- Analyzing the personnel needs related to the investment;
All design specialties participate in this phase (architecture, resistance structure, installations, vertical systematization).
Based on the projects issued by the designers, the estimated value of the investment is established.
